Art Therapy
Snip didn't make it. He was a retired and very abused jumper so the vet believed he had damaged knees before Dawn even acquired him. He had an amazing year at Dawn though. He was so thin when she got him that he did nothing but eat grass the first month or so. She took him into out back yard to eat and Cookie would run around him and Julianna could almost walk under him and he didn't even pick his head up! He has been around for fresh picked corn and apple season twice as well as the carrots Julianna would pluck from our garden. He was treated so well and really was a very gentle, sweet horse. We will miss him.

How wonderful that he got to spend his last days with people that loved him and were kind to him.
I am so sorry. Loss is so hard, but I know your little one made his last days much happier.
