This particuliar friend had a fractured hip and wasn't allowed moving. He was fine as long as he was on his special cushion but he would periodically whine for attention. Julianna's heart was breaking for him so she would go over every couple minutes to talk to him and assure him that all was well. It was really cute and he was so precious. I love this picture it really captured her concern for her new friend.
Julianna insisted I name this one Friends Forever! The great thing about Bassets is they all seem to love one another whether they know each other or not. We, as people could learn a few things from these slobbery, long-eared friends.
